Creative Closings

The countdown to the end of 2025 is rushing by, and one thought keeps returning: closing the year with the team.

Not as a grand gesture, just a pause.
A moment to acknowledge what’s been accomplished and learned.
A chance to reconnect, exhale, and reset before the page turns.

One of my favourite year-end moments was a simple, creative closing a teammate once sparked. It shifted the usual rhythm of work and stayed with me far longer than any big kickoff.

Creative closings feel different. They invite people to show up beyond roles and deliverables, in ways that rarely fit into meetings or metrics.

So as this year winds down, perhaps you’ve carved out that moment.
