I am a self-taught artist, mentor, and expressive arts coach in training with over 28 years of work experience in multinational companies within corporate and leadership roles.
My own journey with expressive art has shown me how creativity can heighten self-awareness and enable growth. I now blend that creative exploration with professional insight to help individuals and teams cultivate creativity, authenticity, and their unique voice.
I am especially passionate about helping people bring their full self into the picture of their lives. At work, that self often stays quiet in the background. Through coaching, individuals and teams reconnect with those parts so that they can create, relate and lead, with greater authenticity and presence.
